For the best oral health, dental care should never be delayed. We want all our patients to receive prompt dental services when they need them, not when they can afford them.
To help make our dental treatments more accessible, we strive to make our services as affordable as possible, and we provide a variety of payment methods and options.
We require payment in full on the day of the treatment. However, we do have payment plans available. If you are interested in setting up a payment plan, we invite you to contact our knowledgeable team.

With this payment method, we can make a claim on the spot. This is a simple and efficient payment processing option, which allows you to claim from your private health fund and Medicare from our practice. If you have private dental health insurance, please remember to bring your health insurance card with you to your visit. That way, we can make your claim immediately using HICAPS. This would mean you only pay the gap fee.
If you have children, we recommend seeing if they’re eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). This program allows eligible patients between 2 and 17 years of age access to up to one thousand dollars (AUD) in benefits for dental services received over two consecutive calendar years.
We welcome all health funds and offer payment plans to make paying for your dental care as convenient as we can. If our payment options don’t work for you, we may also refer you to a finance company that provides more flexible payment plan options. However, we’re not affiliated with these institutions, so please select the company carefully and do your research beforehand.
